WHEREAS: Justin Trudeau may be guilty of obstruction of justice for firing his Attorney General after she refused to bend to his pressure to politically interfere with the prosecution of SNC-Lavalin;

WHEREAS: Obstruction of justice is a criminal offence punishable by up to 10 years in prison;

WHEREAS: The RCMP opened a criminal investigation into Trudeau’s potential obstruction of justice;

WHEREAS: The RCMP stated that they were not able to move forward with their criminal investigation after Trudeau denied the RCMP request to access all relevant documents;

WHEREAS: Canada should not have a two-tier justice system in which the Prime Minister can abuse his power to obstruct a criminal investigation into himself;

WHEREAS: The RCMP confirmed that they still cannot rule out criminal wrongdoing on the part of Justin Trudeau;

THEREFORE, we, the undersigned citizens and residents of Canada, call upon the Prime Minister to stop his obstruction and turn over all necessary documents so that the RCMP can pursue a full criminal investigation into his potential criminal wrongdoing in the SNC-Lavalin affair.
